How do I store my bandhj products?
We suggest storing your products at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
Is your line natural? Is it organic?
Many misconceptions exist in skin care when dealing with chemicals and organic. bandhj uses the finest raw materials in all our products. While most of our formulas are made from pure, natural ingredients and enhanced with certified organics, our company’s main priority is that our products remain safe and effective. Occasionally it is necessary to use a synthetic ingredient to ensure this high standard of quality. Rest assured that bandhj thoroughly researches all questionable ingredients and will re-formulate a product if we feel it poses even the slightest potential risk to our consumers.
Sometimes I notice a slight color or scent variance in my bandhj products, why is that?
The primary reason for color, scent change, or cloudiness is due to the natural raw materials and the times of year they are harvested or collected, as well as the actual time the product is manufactured. This can also affect the products viscosity, for example; a product manufactured during colder times of year will tend to be thicker whereas hotter times of year result in a thinner viscosity. All these factors can play a major role in the color of the product especially since we have a very naturally based line. The reason people notice this with our line is because unlike many skin care companies our products are packaged in clear containers, which makes our variance more noticeable to the naked eye.
Is bandhj packaging BPA free?
Yes, the only type of plastic that contains BPA is polycarbonate. All of Epicuren bottles are made with PET and tubes are LDPE and PP (cap). Our plastic pumps are almost always a mixture of LDPE, HDPE & PP. These plastics are recyclable and often made from recycled materials.
